Actress
Eileen Grubba is an award-winning actress from Hollywood, producer, writer, member of the Television Academy, lifetime member of The Actors Studio, and Brand Ambassador for Global Disability Inclusion. TV appearances include CSI: Vegas, HBO’s Watchmen, SWAT, ALL Rise, Criminal Minds, NBC's New Amsterdam, Game Of Silence, Netflix The Politician, ABC Stumptown, FX Sons of Anarchy, Bones on FOX, Fear The Walking Dead, Hung, Enlightened, Benched, Instant Mom, CSI Miami, The Mentalist, Cold Case, Nip/Tuck, The Closer, E.R. Monk and more. She has won many Best Actress and film awards. Honored with the WeSpark Award at Idyllwild Film Festival 2020 for social impact on the entertainment industry. Winner of the Mary Austin Excellence in Screenwriting Awards in 2019 and 2020, and Excellence in Producing Award in 2021, with over 50 awards for her disability-inclusive films. She is an internationally recognized advocate for the inclusion of people with disabilities in film, TV & media, and is a gifted motivational speaker on the subjects of empowerment, inclusion, anti-bullying, overcoming challenges, and living your dreams, no matter what.

ISA QOSJA
President of Jury / film director
Isa Qosja was born on 12.02.1949 in Vuthaj, Gusi (Montenegro). He graduated in the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade for Film Directing and Theater. He is the author of several feature films. The first feature-length film was "Proka" shot in 1984. Then in 1987 he shot the film "Rojet e mjegullës". A few years later Isa Qosja made the film "Kukumi" and ten years later he shot the film "Tri dritare dhe një varje". He recently just finished the film "Lejlek".
Isa Qosja has won several international awards with his films. He is the author of several short films, documentaries, and several theater performance.

LINDA GASSER
Film director
Linda Gasser M.A is a German Writer, Director and Production Designer. She has worked cinematically across several countries such as Argentina, Portugal, South Africa, USA and the UK.
Because Rhineland Palatinate has been the only state in Germany that didn’t provide an institutional fund for film she addressed the issue as a main goal of the Arc Film Festival. She founded this International Festival in 2016. In means to the purpose of getting everyone involved that could help creating that film funding the Arc Film Festival was initiated with ambitious goals. Since then it has developed to an important hub for the scene locally in the greater Frankfurt Metropolitan area but also brings together international filmmakers in an inspiring atmosphere.
DELYANA MANEVA
Writer
is from Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a lecturer at The National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts „Krastjo Sarafow“ in Sofia. Her novel The Sixth Finger was nominated in 2021 for the “Novel of the Year”. Her book The Advanced Body: The Actor's Psychophysical Training was nominated for the Critical Text Award in 2014. She wrote the screenplays for several film productions. These include Escape (2022), Mission London (2020), and TV series. As a director, she has staged plays by Paul Auster, Harold Pinter, Alek Popov, Werner Schwab, August Strindberg, Peter Turrini, and Franz Wedekind. She has published poems, short stories, and articles. In addition, her literary contribution is part of the anthology "Stories from the 90s" published by ICU in 2019.

JOAN ZHONGA
Painter and director of animated films
He was born on April 5, 1957 in Tirana He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana and has more than 35 years of experience in animation. During his career he has directed 13 animated films.
They have been screened and awarded at many international film festivals such as Annecy, Hiroshima, Giffonni and Fantoche. In 2006, he collaborated with the master of children's books, Eugenios Trivizas, in the film "Two Waves", produced by ERT. His latest film, ETHNOPHOBIA, has so far been screened at over 200 festivals and won 30 International awards.
MEDINA SURDULLI
Activist
She finished primary and secondary school at the Resource Center “Përparimi”. Medina has been a member of the Down Syndrome Kosovo Association since 2007. The extra chromosome didn’t prevent Medina from showing great success in the fields of music, sports and being active in daily life.
Medina is Swimming Champion and Announced Best Athlete of 2012 by Swimming Federation of Kosovo. The dedication to swimming, made Medina win the bronze medal in the European competition.
RIJAD MEHMETI
Activist
He is an advocate for the rights of children with disabilities in Kosovo. He is the leader of the "Team Rijad" project, which is supported by the Unicef office in Kosovo, and which aims to increase awareness and create physical access in elementary schools in Kosovo. "Team Rijad" was founded in 2021 with the aim of helping the inclusion of children with disabilities.
Through the work of Team Rijad and with the financial support of some private businesses in Kosovo until now 8 toilets and 6 slopes have become accessible in 8 schools in 5 municipalities.

Also, they made different installations in Skënderbeu and Zahir Pajaziti square.

DIANA ELIZABETH JORDAN

She is an award-winning Actor, Solo Artist, Theater & Filmmaker, Disability & IDEA Influencer. She has been cast in over 60 theater productions, film and television including CBS’s S.W.A.T. She was one of 20 actors selected from over 7,000 applicants for the inaugural Warner Media Discovery Access Talent Showcase. She performed her solo show "Happily Ever After" (One Woman’s Journey To Find A True Love) at the 2021 Hollywood Fringe where she received a diversity scholarship, Pick of The Fringe and an Encore Producers Award honors. She is an award nominated director, a producer, the founder of two production companies Dreaming Big On A Swing Entertainment and The Rainbow Butterfly Café. Diana is a member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity Association and one of the disabled advocates for Women of Color Unite. Whether portraying a character, sharing a personal story, directing, or producing a project, Diana is committed to celebrating the power of resiliency and disability intersectionality through the transformative power of storytelling.

CEO of Foundation "Së Bashku"
She leads the "Së Bashku" Foundation, which is a national organization with a profile of advocacy and awareness.
Suela is a board member of the Brussels-based organization European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) and many other national and international bodies.
Suela Lala has held dozens of open lectures at universities in the country and abroad on topics such as universal design, disability and media, the right to employment of disabled people, etc.
FAZILE BUNGU
CEO of Hendifer
She is the general director of the association of disabled people "Hendifer", which operates in the Ferizaj region. To manage this association, professional responsibility is required and I am managing this until now. I maintain constant contact with the heads of local and national institutions to undertake new initiatives related to social activities and therapeutic services.
AVNI HETEMI

He was born on 19.08.1992 in Zurich, Switzerland. He walked normally until he was 7-8 years old, then he started walking with difficulty. Due to illness, he has been forced to use a wheelchair since the age of 10. Avni's passion is cars. Avni's daily life is filled with many activities, he is very active in his daily life, he is also very active in social networks!
Avni's will and management of daily life is an inspiration and example for his parents at the same time, Avni's smile, will and sincerity is and will remain an inspiration for his family!
